Blackmon took home four individual titles at the season-opening Cougar Invitational, which had seven competing teams. The freshman from Lawrenceville, Ga., won the high jump with a height of 1.85m, then took the long jump with a leap of 6.85m. Blackmon won the triple jump with a distance of 13.65 meters and then ran the third leg of the 4x100 relay. The CSU team finished in a time of 41.35, the fastest relay in the PBC so far this season and just .17 seconds off the NCAA provisional mark.
