Lewis helped the Cougars to capture the team title at the Skyhawk Valley Invitational on Saturday, finishing in second place overall. The sophomore from Lake Mary, Fla., ran the 8k course in 26:28.4, just 2.4 seconds behind the winner. That is the ninth-fastest 5k run in the Peach Belt this season in a field that consisted of eight teams and 60 runners.
