Manning was dominant at both ends of the court as Augusta opened the season with two wins. The senior forward from Stone Mountain, Ga., averaged 15.5 points and 15.0 rebounds in the two games, shooting 54% from the field. She opened with 15 points and 15 boards as AU beat Barton 61-60 in the opener. She followed that with 16 points and 15 more rebounds in a win over Southern Wesleyan. She added 2.5 assists and 1.5 blocks per game. Manning currently leads the PBC and is tied for third in NCAA Division II in rebounding; she is also tied for fifth in the league in scoring and is sixth in field goal percentage.
