Johnson took things to the next level in two wins last week, averaging 24.5 points and 17.5 rebounds per game. The junior forward from Chattanooga, Tenn., scored 23 with 19 rebounds in an overtime win over Lander to begin the week, then had 26 points (21 in the second half) in a come-from-behind win over Clayton State. She hit 19 of 29 shots from the field (.655) and added 2.0 assists and 1.0 blocks per game. She now leads the PBC in scoring and rebounding and is second in field goal percentage. Johnson is currently fourth in NCAA Division II in rebounding.
