AUGUSTA, GA -- The Peach Belt Conference has released the bracket for the 2025 Softball Tournament. The top 8 teams in the conference advance to a single-elimination, three-day bracket which will begin on Friday, May 2, at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium in Dahlonega, Ga. The University of North Georgia will host the event.

UNG is the top seed for the 12th time since 2009 and for the 10th time in the last 11 tournaments. The Nighthawks, ranked #8 in the nation by the NFCA, enter the postseason with a 40-11 overall record, 19-5 in conference play. UNG will face #8 seed USC Beaufort, who beat North Georgia twice this weekend to secure their spot.

Flagler and Georgia College & State University are tied for second with 14-10 conference records. GCSU will take the #2 seed after defeating Flagler in two of three games this weekend in St. Augustine. Flagler will be the #3 seed.

USC Aiken is #4 with Lander #5, Columbus State #6 and Georgia Southwestern #7.

The tournament will feature four games on Friday, two semifinals on Saturday and the championship on Sunday. Tickets will be available to purchase later this week.
