Converse, Montevallo Win PBC Valorant Championships

MARIETTA, GA -- A marathon day of Esports concluded with Converse University winning the 2025 Peach Belt Conference Valorant Championship with an epic 3-2 win over host Kennesaw State University in the final on Saturday night.  Converse wins the Valorant title for the second time in program history, the first the inaugural season in 2022.  Montevallo also claimed their first Esports championship, defeating Lander 3-2 in the Champions Division final.

Converse's AJ Robinson was named the tournament Most Valuable Player.

With the win, Converse earns the PBC's first-ever automatic bid to the College Valorant Championship from publisher Riot Games.  This will be the first year of the CVAL national championship and Converse will be a part of the final bracket of 32 teams. The CVAL bracket will be announced in the coming weeks.

Montevallo captured the Champions Division title for the first time in program history.  

The 2025 PBC Spring Esports LAN was hosted by Kennesaw State University on their Marietta Campus.
