KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has announced the 2025-26 NABC Division II All-District Teams and District Coaches of the Year, with honors voted on by member coaches across NCAA Division II. North Georgia's AJ White and Columbus State's Marlon Smith have been named First Team All-District while Lander's Jacob Daniels has been named Second Team All-District.
The University of North Georgia's
AJ White earned Southeast All-District First Team recognition. White led the Peach Belt Conference in scoring with 595 points (19.8 points per game) and free throw percentage (.890). He also ranked fifth in the conference in total minutes (997) and assists (102). White was previously named a First Team All-Conference selection and earned Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) First Team All-Southeast Region honors.
Columbus State University's Marlon Smith earned Southeast All-District First Team recognition. Smith was second in the Peach Belt Conference in scoring with 587 points (18.3 points per game). He shot 44.4 percent (192-of-432) from the field, 33.5 percent (60-of-179) from three-point range, and 74.1 percent (143-of-193) from the free-throw line. Smith was previously named a First Team All-Conference selection, PBC Player of the Year and earned Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) First Team All-Southeast Region honors.
Lander University's Jacob Daniels earned Southeast All-District Second Team recognition. Daniels has a total of 472 points this season, avering 13.9 points per game. He led the PBC in assists with 187, 5.5 assists per game. Daniels was previously named First Team All-Conference, PBC Freshman of the Year and PBC Tournament MVP. Daniels' season is not yet complete as Lander compete in the Elite Eight on Wednesday evening in Pittsburgh, Pa.
