Cameron Wissel enters his fifth year as the Director of External Operations. He comes to the Peach Belt from Division III Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana. He played on the baseball team for three seasons and was named to the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Academic All-Conference team this past spring. He was also named to the Dean’s List every semester and was elected president of the Earlham Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in 2020-21 and served as the student-athlete representative on the Earlham Alumni Athlete Committee and on the search committee for a new athletic director.
Wissel spent one year in Division II at Coker University in Hartsville, S.C. where he served on the SAAC and was named to the National Dean’s List. A native of Mason, Ohio, he served internships in the Earlham sports communication office and worked with the gameday event staff. He has also worked with youth baseball players as an assistant coach.
Wissel graduated from Earlham with a bachelor’s degree in Global Management with a minor in sports management.
