Sierra Meyer begins her third year at the Peach Belt as the Coordinator of New Media and Championships.
Meyer comes to the Peach Belt after serving as a graduate assistant and interim sports information director at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. While at Southwestern, she was responsible for the marketing and promotion of the school's 17 sports with an emphasis on game day administration, social media and website management.
Meyer also served as an assistant sports information director at the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) where she administered championship events, worked with corporate partners and managed the league's website and social media outreach.
Originally from Manhattan, Kansas, Meyer, was a four-year starter on the Southwestern women's soccer team. She was a second-team All-Conference selection in 2014 and twice named All-Conference honorable mention. She finished her playing career with 22 goals and 58 points, both second on the school's all-time career list.
At the Peach Belt, she will oversee the league's social media presence and design all print and digital graphics. She will also produce marketing and video content for the league, manage the live streaming network and the Peach Blog while assisting with website management and championship administration.
Meyer graduated from Southwestern with her bachelor's degree in sport management and received her masters in sport management from Wichita State University.
