Young went 6-1 for the four-match week, helping the Bobcats to a 3-1 record. The sophomore from Hilton Head Island, S.C., teamed with Ashton Morrison to be a perfect 4-0 in doubles play on the second line. Young played at second singles all week, starting with a win over West Georgia's Patricia Martin-Gome 6-2, 7-5. Young also beat #73 Johanna Lippert of UNG 6-1, 6-4. The lone loss for the week came at CSU, where Young fell to Inma Ramon 6-3, 6-3.
