BOULDER CITY, NV -- Flagler's Stella Jelinek and Henriette Stranda were named first-team All-Americans by the WGCA following the completion of stroke play at the NCAA National Championships on Thursday evening. Jelinek and Stranda helped the Saints to a third-place finish in the stroke play portion of the event, qualifying them to move forward in the match-play bracket which began on Friday morning.
The WGCA also released its All-Region team which included Jelinek and Stranda along with Lander's Kajsa Lindqvist.
A junior from Leimen, Germany, Jelinek earns her third straight WGCA All-America honor. The 2023, 2024 and 2025 PBC Player of the Year, she is the #4-ranked player in the nation by Scoreboard and leads the PBC with a 71.90 stroke average, the lowest by any PBC women's golfer in a single season in league history. Jelinek played in 11 events in 2024-25, finishing in the top five seven times and winning twice. She now has seven career victories which ties her for the most in league history.
Stranda earns her second straight All-America honor from the WGCA. A junior from Kråkstad, Norway, she was a 2025 PBC first-team All-Conference selection and is currently the #5-ranked player in NCAA Division II by scoreboard. Stranda played in 11 events with 31 rounds of competition, shooting at or under par 22 times, most in the PBC. She has two victories on the season, six top-five finishes and nine top-10s.
The remaining WGCA All-American Teams, Golf Pride Regional Coaches of the Year, Kim Moore Spirit Award, Golf Pride WGCA Assistant Coach of the Year, and the Jackie Steinmann WGCA National Coach of the Year Presented by Golf Pride will be announced following the NCAA Championships.
