Reigning PBC Regular Season Champions, North Georgia, have been tabbed favorites to take home the title in 2026, as voted by the leagues’ coaches. The Nighthawks received six first place votes, with GCSU receiving two votes, while Flagler and Georgia Southwestern each receive one vote a piece.
The Nighthawks topped the PBC Regular season standings, and advanced to the PBC Tournament championship game, before falling to Georgia Southwestern. The Nighthawks continued their season into the NCAA Tournament as they advanced and were crowned NCAA Southeast Region Champions. North Georgia closed their season at the NCAA Tournament with a 48-16 overall record. All- Americans Carleigh Knowles and Sydnee Reaves highlight a large returning class for the 2026 season.
Flagler closed out the 2025 season tied for second place. The Saints fell in the PBC Tournament semifinals to eventual champions Georgia Southwestern. The Saints ended their season following an NCAA Southeast Region appearance, closing their season with a 33-22 overall record. The Saints have been tabbed to finish second place in 2026, as voted by the leagues’ coaches.
GCSU closed out the 2025 season tied for second place. The Bobcats ended their season in the PBC Tournament with a 23-24 overall record. GCSU have been tabbed to finish third in 2026, as voted by the leagues’ coaches.
Georgia Southwestern were voted to finish in fourth place, followed by Columbus State, USCA, Lander, USC Beaufort, Augusta and Middle Georgia who round out the Preseason Coaches Poll. The coaches' poll is below, followed by the preseason All-Conference team. Coaches were not permitted to rank their own team or vote for their own players.
