AUGUSTA, GA -- The Peach Belt Conference has released the 2026 Women’s Tennis tournament bracket. Play begins on Friday, April 24, at the John C. Walden Tennis Center in Columbus, Ga. Columbus State University serves as host for the sixth year in a row.
Columbus State receive the #1 seed in the PBC Tournament, following a perfect record in conference play. The Cougars claimed the PBC Regular Season title with their victory over GCSU on Friday afternoon. This is the third PBC Regular Season Title in a row for the Cougars, and their eight in the past ten years. The Cougars will face #8 seed Georgia Southwestern in the quarterfinals on Friday.
Flagler is the #2 seed in the PBC Tournament. The Saints ended the regular season with a 6-1 record in conference play, with their lone loss coming at the hands of the #1 seeded Cougars. Flagler receive the #2 seed for the third season in a row and will face #7 Augusta in the quarterfinals on Friday.
North Georgia is the #3 seed in the PBC Tournament. The Nighthawks ended conference play with a 5-2 record, with both losses coming at the hands of the #1 and #2 seeds. The Nighthawks look to claim their third consecutive PBC Tournament title, having won back-to-back PBC tournaments in 2024 and 2025. North Georgia will face #6 Lander in the quarterfinals on Friday.
Middle Georgia secure the #4 seed in their first PBC Tournament appearance. The Knights ended the PBC regular season with a 4-3 record. Middle Georgia will face #5 seed GCSU in the quarterfinals on Friday. The Bobcats secured the #5 seed following a victory vs Augusta on Sunday afternoon.
