North Georgia Women's Golf Take Control of the PBC Women's Golf Tournament Heading into the Final Round

North Georgia take control at the top of the leaderboard in the PBC Women’s Golf Championship following the second round at the King & Bear Golf Course. The Nighthawks shot a round of 308 on day two and sit 33 over par, seven up on second place Flagler. 
 
North Georgia’s Mackenzie Connell remains on top of the individual leaderboard, shooting a one-over 73 in the second round, matching the score of her opening round. Lander’s Sakurako Tanaka moves up five places into second following a two-over 74 in the second round. 
 
The tournament will continue with the final 18 holes on Tuesday.
 
North Georgia continues to lead Par 3 scoring at a 3.27 average in the first two rounds. Flagler leads Par 4 and Par 5 scoring, averaging 4.36 on Par 4s and 5.10 on Par 5s.  North Georgia continues to lead with 16 birdies and now lead with 106 Pars.  
 
Flagler’s Addison King remains the lone player to score an eagle on the course following her birdie in the opening round. North Georgia’s Claire Bradford continues to lead the way with five birdies in the tournament so far. 
 
USC Beaufort, Edward Waters and Savannah State are set to tee off for the final round beginning at 7:40am tomorrow.
 North Georgia, Flagler, Lander and Columbus State are set to tee off for their final round beginning at 8:30am.
