Lander's Lindqvist, Flagler's Stranda Named WGCA First Team All-American

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – Lander's Kajsa Lindqvist and Flagler's Henriette Stranda were named First Team All-Americans for the 2025-26 season by the WGCA following the conclusion of the NCAA Championships.

Lindqvist, a WGCA Second Team All-American last year, recorded two wins, eight top-fives and 10 top-10's in a spectacular season for the Bearcats. She put an exclamation point on her storied career last week at the PGA National Resort, finishing fourth overall in the stroke play portion of the Championships. It was her second consecutive fourth-place finish in the event after last year's tournament in Boulder City, Nev., giving her the best NCAA results in Lander history. Nationally ranked #5, she claimed the individual medal at the NCAA South Region championship earlier this month and was also named the Peach Belt Conference's Golfer of the Year. She collected First Team All-PBC honors for the fourth straight year while winning the PBC Golfer of the Week award five times this season and 10 times altogether. Over the course of her career, Lindqvist amassed three wins, 19 top-fives and 29 top-10s.

Stranda earns her third straight All-America honor from the WGCA. A junior from Kråkstad, Norway, she was a 2026 PBC first-team All-Conference selection and is currently the #9-ranked player in NCAA Division II by scoreboard. Stranda played in 9 events with 27 rounds of competition. She has two victories on the season, and six top-10 finishes. She collected First Team All-PBC honors for the third straight year while winning the PBC Golfer of the Week award once. Over the course of her career, Stranda amassed four wins, 15 top-fives and 23 top-10s.

The remaining WGCA All-American Teams, Golf Pride Regional Coaches of the Year, Kim Moore Spirit Award, Golf Pride WGCA Assistant Coach of the Year, and the Jackie Steinmann WGCA National Coach of the Year Presented by Golf Pride will be announced following the NCAA Championships.
