AUGUSTA, GA -- The Peach Belt Conference has released the PBC division of the 2025 All-Conference team. The Rocky Mountain team can be found here. Seven major awards were presented with nine winners due to ties. Montevallo had four with Alex Egorshin the Goalkeeper of the Year and winner of the Elite 18 Award, Matthew Boas as a Attackman of the Year and Michael Howkins the Freshman of the Year. Lander had Carter Wilcox as an Attackman of the Year, Jack Kinney as Defenseman of the Year and Anthony LePore as Coach of the Year. Flagler had Brandon Grusholt as a Defenseman of the Year and Tyler Douglass as Midfielder of the Year.

All major awards are presented by College Ave with the Elite 18 presented by Barnes & Noble College

Egorshin becomes the first Falcon to win the Elite 18 Award, which is presented to the athlete competing in the championship with the highest cumulative GPA. The junior from Hoover, Ala., is also the first PBC Goalkeeper of the Year. He played the most minutes of any keeper in the conference in 2025 and led the league in saves percentage and saves per game.

Boas is the second UM player to be named Attackman of the Year (previously offensive player of the year) after Thomas Vaesen won in 2021 and 22. Boas, a junior from Nanaimo, B.C., scored a PBC-best 50 goals this season and was second in the league in goals per game, fifth in assists per game and third in points per game.

Howkins joins Egorshin as Montevallo winners of the Freshman of the Year award. An attacker from Melbourne, Fla., he played in all 15 games for the Falcons with 17 goals and 13 assists. He also collected 19 ground balls and was tied for the team lead with nine caused turnovers. Howkins is ranked 10th in the PBC in assists per game and shots per game.

Wilcox was named the PBC Freshman of the Year in 2022 and now the Attackman of the Year, joining Adam Mather as previous winners. A senior from Harrisburg, N.C., he leads the Peach Belt and is ranked third in NCAA Division II with 5.36 points per game. He scored 43 goals and had 32 assists, both top three in the conference.

Kinney guided a Lander defense that allowed the second-fewest goals in the league. A graduate student from Centennial, Colo., led the team and is ranked fourth in the conference in caused turnovers with 1.64 per game. He becomes the second Lander player to be named Defenseman of the Year after James Linn in 2022.

LePore led a dramatic turnaround for Lander that resulted in the PBC regular-season championship. In his sixth season at Lander, he ran through the conference schedule with an unbeaten 3-0 record, including a win over #6 Flagler in the season finale that led to the #1 seed and host of the PBC Championship this weekend. LePore wins PBC Coach of the Year honors for the second time.

Grusholt becomes the first Flagler player to be named Defenseman of the Year. A senior from Annapolis, Md., he led a Flagler defense that led the league in fewest goals allowed and a 9.10 goals allowed average. He is ranked fifth in the league in caused turnovers per game and eighth in ground balls per game.

Douglass becomes the first PBC Midfielder of the Year. The senior from Jupiter, Fla., scored 24 goals on the season with 11 of those coming in conference games, third-most in the league. He added three assists for 27 total points and was sixth in the league in points per game for conference contests. He added 15 ground balls and caused six turnovers.
