Six PBC Men's Golf Teams Selected for NCAA Tournament

INDIANAPOLIS, IND -- Six Peach Belt Conference men's golf teams were selected to compete in the NCAA Tournament as the national office released the field on Sunday evening. 

Georgia Southwestern, Columbus State, North Georgia, USCA, USC Beaufort and Flagler will all play in the South/Southeast regional beginning Thursday, May 7 at the Valdosta Country Club in Valdosta, Georgia hosted by Valdosta State. This is the second consecutive season that six PBC teams have been selected for regional play.

At a minimum, the top three teams and the top two student-athletes not with a team from each regional will advance to the finals, May 18–22 at the Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada. The remaining eight team berths will be allocated based on the regions represented in the prior year's head-to-head medal play portion of the championships, with the maximum number of teams from a given region capped at seven. The finals will be hosted by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
