Peach Belt Announces Women's Tennis All-Conference Team

AUGUSTA, GA -- The Peach Belt Conference has announced the 2025 women's tennis All-Conference team. North Georgia's Angelina Linnikova was named the PBC Player of the Year with Flagler's Adela Latalova the Freshman of the Year and her head coach Rod Puebla the Coach of the Year. Lander's Hannah Panchal was named the winner of the Elite 18 Award presented by Barnes & Noble College.

Linnikova became the North Georgia all-time leader in career singles wins in 2025. The senior from Irkutsk, Russia, is 23-2 in singles across all competitions going back to the fall and undefeated in dual match singles this spring. She is 8-0 against nationally ranked opponents in the spring with wins over the No. 1, No. 2 (twice), No. 8, No. 16 and No. 25 women's singles players in the country. Ranked #5 nationally in singles by the ITA - highest of any PBC player - she was named the PBC Player of the Week five times during the season and was unbeaten in conference play. Linnikova becomes the first Nighthawk to be named the PBC Player of the Year.

Latalova began the spring season with six wins in her first six career matches and was named the first PBC Player of the Week in 2025. A freshman from Prague, Czech Republic, she is 16-2 in dual match singles this season, playing the majority at #3 singles, and an unbeaten 6-0 in conference play. She enters the postseason on a nine-match winning streak and is 15-5 overall in doubles play. Latalova is the third straight Saint to claim Freshman of the Year honors and fourth overall.

In his eighth season as Flagler's head coach, Rod Puebla has built a national power. The 2025 Flagler Saints are ranked #5 in the nation and were a PBC regular-season co-champion, the teams' fourth in a row. With an 18-4 overall record and 5-1 league mark, the Saints placed five players on the All-Conference team, most of any PBC school. Puebla wins the PBC Coach of the Year honor for the third year in a row and fourth time overall.

The All-Conference team is listed below, as selected by the league's head coaches. Coaches were not permitted to vote for their own players.
