The Peach Belt Conference has released the 2026 Baseball Tournament bracket following the conclusion of an action-packed final weekend of the regular season. The top eight teams advance to the PBC Tournament. Play will begin on Friday, May 1^st with two four-team double-elimination brackets, hosted by #1 North Georgia and #2 Lander. The winners from each bracket will face-off in a best-of-three championship series on May 7^th and 8^th, hosted by the highest remaining seed. 
 
The #1 seed North Georgia Nighthawks will host #4 Flagler, #5 Georgia Southwestern and #8 Middle Georgia. 
The #2 seed Lander Bearcats will host #3 USCA, #6 Columbus State and #7 GCSU.
 
North Georgia secured the PBC Regular Season title and #1 seed in the PBC tournament following a phenomenal season. The Nighthawks closed out regular season play with a 36-11 overall record and a 26-4 record in conference play.  The Nighthawks will face #8 Middle Georgia in Friday’s tournament opener, as the Knights secured the #8 seed with a series sweep over USCB this weekend. Middle Georgia ended the season with a 12-18 record in PBC action and tied for 8^thplace with Augusta. The Knights won the tiebreak over the Jaguars due to their series victory earlier this season and secured the #8 seed in the PBC tournament.
 
Lander secured the #2 seed following a hectic final weekend. The Bearcats completed conference play a week ago, and awaited results from across the conference to determine their seeding. Lander, USCA and Flagler all tied for second place with a 20-10 record, leaving the #2 seed down to a tiebreak. The Bearcats and the Pacers each had a 4-2 record in the three-way tiebreak, while Flagler had a 1-5 record. The Bearcats also won the series over the Pacers earlier in the season, meaning Lander had the upper hand over USCA in the two-way tie. Due to this, Lander secured the #2 seed, USCA secured the #3 seed, and Flagler secured the #4 seed. 
 
#2 Lander will face #7 GCSU in the opening round of the PBC Tournament, while #3 USCA will face #6 Columbus State and #4 Flagler will face #5 Georgia Southwestern. GSW and CSU tied for fifth place in the standings following the Hurricane’s series sweep over the Cougars this weekend. The series sweep gave GSW the upper hand in the tiebreak and in turn the #5 seed in the PBC Tournament, while Columbus State fell to the #6 seed.
